Registration

There are several registration options:

 

You can register online and pay online
The following online payment systems are available:

  • Paypal: You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account.
  • Worldwide Wiretransfer: With a wire transfer you can send your payment directly from your banking account to ours. Please note that with wiretransfer can take up to two weeks to process your payment.
  • DIRECT ebanking/Sofort Uberweisung: DIRECTebanking (Sofort Uberweisung) allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. You can use DIRECT ebanking in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • iDEAL for Dutch residents

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you should cancel a conference registration before 20/08/2011 you will receive a refund less a cancellation charge of 50% .

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.

Data Protection

The personal information that you provide will be held on a database. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, or wish to amend your mailing details, please write to:
